Fill in the survey
On the Survey tab, tap each item to tick it off, type a note underneath, and use Add photo in every section to snap pictures on the spot.
Grab the location
In Survey Details tap Use my location to drop GPS coordinates in automatically.
Pick the hero image
On the Files tab, tap Report hero image and choose the main proposal picture — a photo of a similar install, a supplier image, or a render. It sits full-width near the top of the PDF.
Files & tracker
Still on the Files tab, attach related documents (DNO letters, drawings, quotes) and log outstanding items with a status and estimated cost. It totals up and goes into the PDF for monitoring & costs.
Send it back
Tap PDF (top right) any time to build one Cadfan report — survey answers, notes, photos, the hero image, attached files and the cost tracker — ready to WhatsApp or email over.
Nothing gets lost
Everything autosaves on this device as you go, so you can close the page and come back to it.
Report hero image
